Job Summary:

Looking for a highly organized MBA Fresher to work directly with the founder on key initiatives, execution, and cross-functional coordination. If you are comfortable with Claude, Cowork, or AI tools to automate work, that is a big plus.

What You'll Do:

- Drive execution on key initiatives - break down ideas into tasks, track progress, and ensure completion.
- Coordinate across internal teams, external partners, and investors.
- Build and maintain systems for project management, workflows, and accountability.
- Prepare meeting notes, decks, memos, and research summaries for founder decisions.
- Research and surface relevant information to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools (Claude, Cowork, etc.) to streamline workflows.
- Work proactively, independently, and maintain high confidentiality.

Who We're Looking For:

- MBA Graduate - 0-1 year experience.




- Solid organizational and project management skills.
- Previous experience in multi-stakeholder management.
- Transparent, direct writing - no unnecessary length, excellent communication.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and contexts simultaneously.
- High ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Interest in tools, automation, and AI.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience with Claude, Cowork, or Claude Code
- Comfort with Notion or similar project management tools
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Interest in Healthcare / Health-tech sector
