Role Description This is a part-time, online teaching role.

The Mathematics

Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, ensuring clear explanation of mathematical concepts to students across assigned grades.

Responsibilities include planning daily and weekly lessons, preparing teaching materials, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs. The role also involves maintaining classroom discipline, conducting remedial sessions when needed, collaborating with other teachers on curriculum enhancement,



and participating in school meetings and academic activities. The teacher is expected to integrate modern teaching methods and educational resources to create a positive and effective learning environment.

Qualifications

- Robust subject knowledge in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to explain concepts clearly at school level.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design structured, age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Status as a Qualified Teacher with recognized teaching credentials and relevant classroom experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to engage diverse learners.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a student-centered teaching approach.
- Comfort with using educational technology and digital tools to support instruction.
- Prior experience teaching school-level mathematics in a formal educational setting is preferred.
