Role Description The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with hotel staff to gather content and guest stories, and supporting social media and digital marketing activities. The intern will help conduct market and competitor research, prepare basic reports and presentations, and contribute ideas to promote Brij Hotels’ hyperlocal experiences.





The role also involves engaging with guests and partners when needed, helping ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality customer communication.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support the development of Marketing Strategy for hospitality and tourism campaigns.
- Interest in Sales and basic understanding of how marketing initiatives contribute to revenue and booking growth.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for travel, local culture, and experiential hospitality.
