Key Responsibilities Attend incoming customer enquiries and leads Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services Follow up on leads generated through social media and advertisements Share plant photos, quotations and product information with customers Maintain proper records of leads and customer follow-ups Coordinate with nursery and management for orders Develop relationships with existing and potential customers * Support sales conversion and repeat business
