About the Role

Stars N Celebs is looking for a Marketing & Content Strategist who can think creatively, develop practical marketing strategies, and most importantly, execute them with a clear focus on measurable results.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media, creators, content, brand building and audience acquisition — and is willing to be involved in execution rather than simply preparing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Stars N Celebs.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, artist registrations, client acquisition and subscriptions.
- Plan campaigns across Instagram, social media, creator networks, communities, colleges, associations and other relevant channels.
- Set measurable objectives and continuously evaluate campaign performance.
- Experiment with different marketing approaches and optimize based on actual results.
- Work within defined budgets and identify cost-effective / low-cost acquisition opportunities.
- Content Strategy
- Develop a consistent and engaging content strategy for Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Create content calendars covering reels, posts, stories, campaigns and promotional content.
- Develop creative concepts that can communicate the Stars N Celebs proposition in an attractive and relatable manner.
- Identify trends, formats and content opportunities that can generate reach and engagement.
- Convert marketing objectives into compelling content ideas.
- Creator & Influencer Collaborations
- Identify relevant creators, influencers and emerging talent for collaborations.
- Build a network of creators through barter-based collaborations, where appropriate.




- Develop collaboration concepts and briefs that are mutually beneficial to creators and Stars N Celebs.
- Coordinate with creators from concept development through execution.
- Track the performance and impact of creator collaborations.
- Explore innovative ways to get high-quality content and visibility without relying entirely on paid advertising.
- Content Creation & Editing
- Preferably be competent in creating and editing reels/videos, social media posts and basic marketing creatives.
- Shoot simple videos using a smartphone and coordinate with creators/models/artists when required.
- Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro or similar platforms.
- Write or develop hooks, captions, scripts and calls-to-action.
- Work closely with designers, editors and other team members when more advanced production is required.
- On-Camera Participation
- Should be comfortable featuring yourself in videos/reels when the concept requires it.
- Be confident communicating on camera and presenting Stars N Celebs in an engaging manner.
- Participate in interviews, promotional videos, creator collaborations and other social-media formats.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Creative thinker with the ability to convert ideas into executable campaigns.
- Good understanding of Instagram/Reels and creator/influencer ecosystems.
- Ability to independently plan, execute and monitor campaigns.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable approaching and negotiating with creators for collaborations.
- Basic understanding of analytics,



engagement metrics, reach, leads and conversions.
- Ability to work with limited resources and find smart, innovative and economical marketing solutions.
- Proactive, self-driven and willing to experiment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling and current social-media trends.

This is a results-oriented position. Success will not be measured only by the number of posts or campaigns created.

If you are someone who has lots of marketing ideas but also enjoys getting involved in the actual execution, creating content, approaching creators and appearing in front of the camera, this role could be a good fit.

Compensation

Salary: To be discussed based on experience and suitability.
