Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketer role located in Bardoli. The Marketer will support the promotion of Mahavir Steel Corporation’s products by planning and executing marketing activities, including managing local campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and maintaining relationships with distributors and customers. Daily responsibilities include market research, tracking competitor activity, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with pricing and product positioning.

The role also involves updating digital and print collateral, supporting trade shows or industry events, and providing regular reports on marketing performance and customer feedback.



Collaboration with production, logistics, and sales teams is essential to ensure that marketing efforts align with operational capabilities and business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in marketing principles, including market research, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
- Ability to create and refine marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, basic digital content, and sales support documents.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting, including tracking leads, conversions, and customer feedback to optimize marketing activities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with on-site teams, customers, and distributors.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in common office and productivity tools; familiarity with basic digital marketing platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Bardoli, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
