The Role: We are looking for a energetic Marketing Rockstar to join our team and supercharge our clients' online presence. You will be the bridge between our brand partners and the creator community, building relationships, co-creating awesome content, and managing campaigns that move the needle.

What You’ll Do:

- Content Creation & • Creative Strategy:

Develop engaging social media content, ad copies, blogs, website content, scripts, and campaign messaging while ideating innovative content and influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Influencer Marketing & • Campaign Management:

Research, source, onboard, and manage influencers, coordinate collaborations,



and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
- Creative Production & • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Prepare creative briefs and work closely with designers, video editors, influencer managers, production teams, clients, and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns from concept to execution.
- Project Management & • Execution:

Manage campaign timelines, track milestones, coordinate deliverables, and ensure projects are executed on time while meeting client expectations and maintaining brand standards.
- Research, Trends & • AI Innovation:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and emerging content formats while leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and campaign performance.
- Quality Assurance & • Performance Optimization:

Proofread and refine content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment, while analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve future content and influencer strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must for building rapport with creators and clients.
- Negotiation Prowess: You should have the "hunger to hunt" and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the digital marketing landscape.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: A collaborative spirit, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Bonus: Prior experience in influencer outreach or social media marketing is a major plus.
