Position: Marketing & Growth InternRole Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and curious Marketing & Growth Intern who wants hands-on experience across modern marketing and growth.

You will get exposure to performance marketing, organic growth, content, social media, creative, video, lead generation, WhatsApp marketing, AI, automation, market research, and brand growth.

The ideal candidate should be execution-oriented, comfortable with AI and digital tools, willing to experiment, and capable of taking ownership of tasks from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Growth

- Support marketing campaigns and growth initiatives across multiple channels.
- Research market, competitors, audiences, and new growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing experiments.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support new brand, campaign, and market-entry initiatives.

2. Content, Social Media & Creative
- Research and develop content ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Support content calendars, distribution, and founder-led content.
- Develop hooks, concepts, captions, and campaign communication.
- Work with graphic design and video teams on marketing requirements.
- Research trends and identify opportunities to improve content and creative performance.

3. Performance & Organic Growth
- Support Meta and Google campaign initiatives.
- Assist with audience, keyword, and competitor research.
- Monitor campaign and lead-generation performance.
- Support SEO and organic growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve traffic, lead generation, and conversion.

4. Lead Generation, WhatsApp & Automation




- Support lead-generation and lead-nurturing initiatives.
- Assist with database segmentation and lead analysis.
- Support WhatsApp, email, CRM, and reactivation campaigns.
- Explore opportunities to improve lead engagement and conversion.
- Identify repetitive processes that can be improved through automation.

5. AI, Research & Analytics
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools for research, content, analysis, and productivity.
- Explore practical AI applications within marketing.
- Conduct competitor and market research and convert insights into actionable ideas.
- Support marketing reporting and performance analysis.
- Experiment with new AI and marketing tools to improve execution and efficiency.

Skills Required
- Robust interest in marketing, growth, business, and technology.
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to think independently and identify opportunities.
- Comfortable experimenting with new ideas and tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Ability to convert ideas into practical execution.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content, social media, or lead generation.
- Experience with Canva, video editing, CRM, WhatsApp marketing, analytics, or automation tools.
- Personal projects, college projects, freelance work, content pages, or previous marketing experience.




- Experience using AI tools beyond basic content generation.
