Role Description

This is a hybrid Business Development & Strategy Intern role based in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad. The intern will work closely with the founding team on identifying growth opportunities, developing business strategies, researching markets, and building relationships that can contribute to Spinacho’s growth. The role involves understanding different business opportunities, evaluating potential collaborations, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping turn ideas into execution.

The intern will also contribute to market research, business planning, presentations, opportunity tracking, and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify new business and growth opportunities
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Evaluate potential collaborations and strategic opportunities
- Support business strategy and expansion initiatives
- Develop ideas and approaches for growing the platform
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and business plans




- Build and maintain professional relationships
- Track ongoing opportunities and follow-ups
- Work with the founding team on strategic projects
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute initiatives
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them toward completion

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in business development, strategy, startups, or entrepreneurship
- Ability to research, understand markets, and identify opportunities
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and initiative
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation tools
- Students or recent graduates from Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or related fields are encouraged to apply
