Role Description The Engineer will work full time in a hybrid arrangement, primarily based in the Pune District, with some flexibility for work from home as business needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the design, development, and optimization of industrial furnaces and ovens, preparing technical drawings and documentation, and assisting in selecting materials and components for thermal systems. The role involves coordinating with production and quality teams to ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and recommending improvements for performance, safety, and energy efficiency.

The Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines,



maintain compliance with relevant standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes. The position may also involve occasional visits to client sites for technical support and field assessments.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in mechanical or electrical engineering principles related to industrial equipment, thermal systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with design tools and software (e.g., CAD for mechanical layouts, basic electrical schematics) and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices, quality standards, and basic project documentation, including reports, specifications, and test records.
- Ability to analyze equipment performance, identify root causes of technical issues, and propose practical, cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline; diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate with in office and remote team members.
- Prior experience in industrial furnaces, ovens, or heavy manufacturing equipment is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in processes and products.
