Summary:We are seeking a skilled Manual Testing Analyst with expertise in Retail Onboarding and digital journeys. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in testing processes, with a focus on improving digitization and automation.

Responsibilities:

- Able to perform testing-related work that is not straightforward and repetitive.
- Possess knowledge and work experience in the Retail Onboarding end-to-end journey of CCPL, CASA, and TD products.
- Review user stories, prepare test cases and data, and execute test procedures using ADO/JIRA.
- Understand digital onboarding processes, including authentication policy, CDD/KYC, risk, credit, and fraud handling.
- Challenge current processes and automate them where possible, based on project capabilities.
- Help business improve digitization and record gaps between current and recent systems for closure.
- Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test scripts in accordance with FSD/DCO documents.
- Raise defects within given timelines and tag them with the correct severity by analyzing their impact.




- Conduct walkthroughs and demos for business stakeholders as necessary.
- Provide support for UAT/UVT during workflow changes and field-level validations.
- Ensure successful rollout of new systems post-UAT and provide post-go-live support where applicable.
- Identify sudden changes and raise change requests to the project team.
- Perform assigned activities on time without issues and with a sense of urgency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of testing experience in Retail & Liability products (both manual and automation).
- Experience with agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills:
