What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of accounting experience (preferably KPO)
- Strong understanding of US accounting
- Team management and client handling experience
- Proficiency in QBO/QBD/Xero
- Process improvement and automation mindset
What you’ll do
- Lead client accounting engagements
- Manage and mentor accounting teams
- Drive operational efficiency and quality
