Role Description The Manager – Warehouse and Purchases is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The manager will plan and manage stock levels, monitor inventory movements, and implement control processes to reduce shrinkage and wastage.

Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, coordinating purchases with suppliers, negotiating terms,



and ensuring materials and finished products are sourced on time and within budget. The role also involves maintaining safety and compliance standards, optimizing layout and workflows, and using relevant tools or equipment to support effective warehouse operations.

Qualifications

- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Strong stock and inventory control skills, including Stock Control and Inventory Control.
- Experience in Inventory Management, with the ability to track, reconcile, and forecast stock levels.
- Proficiency in Operations Management, focusing on process optimization, resource planning, and workflow efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment and safety practices, including Forklift Operation where applicable.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management, ideally in food, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors.
- Ability to lead and train teams, communicate clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfort with using inventory or ERP software and basic data analysis for operational decision-making.
- Relevant academic background in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred.
