Function/Business Area: Supply Chain

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage spares forecasting, planning and distribution across locations.
2. Define logistics processes and policies for effective spares movement.
3. Establish packaging standards and quality control mechanisms.
4. Monitor forward and reverse spares movement within defined TATs.
5. Reconcile inventory records with stakeholders and business partners.
6. Coordinate with NHQ teams, SDCs and NDCs to ensure smooth operations.
7. Capture SAP and operational data and publish daily monitoring reports to Apex.
8. Automate spares dashboards for seamless integration with ERP systems.
9. Coordinate refurbishment activities and spares fulfillment with L3 partners.
10. Monitor logistics partner performance and drive timely improvement actions.
11. Minimize spares-related escalations through continuous process improvement.

Act as the SPOC for all Device Care spares movement and distribution activities.
13. Manage and monitor end-to-end DOA/DAP activities, including inspection, quality checks etc.

Education Requirement Graduate - Engineer, MBA preferred

Experience Requirement 5 to 10 Years

Skills & Competencies

1. Knowledge of supply chain management
2. Knowledge of Inventory Management, reverse logistics, refurbishment and audits
3. Stakeholder management skills
4. Spares Planning and forecasting management
5. Analytical and Problem Solving
6. Previous experience in inventory management and distribution
7. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office products eg. MS Word/ PowerPoint etc.
