Role Description The Telecaller role at Design Lense is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients, provide information about design services, and schedule consultations or site visits.



Responsibilities include maintaining call records, following up on leads, updating CRM or internal tracking systems, and coordinating with the design and sales teams to ensure smooth communication. The role also involves understanding client requirements at a high level, sharing basic service details and pricing structures, and ensuring each interaction reflects the company’s focus on professionalism and transparency. The Telecaller is expected to meet daily and weekly call targets while delivering a positive, service-oriented experience.
