Role Summary:
Lead Software Asset Management (SAM) operations by ensuring software license compliance, asset optimization, and governance across the organization.



Leverage expertise in licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, Flexera, etc.) and asset management tools (SCCM, JAMF, ServiceNow) while managing client relationships, leading a team, handling escalations, and collaborating with global stakeholders to drive operational excellence and informed business decisions.

Skillset s Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT support, software licensing, or software asset management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in Hybrid Model and Rotational shifts to support operations across global time zones (24/7 environment).
