About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly proactive Technical Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical recruitment across APAC markets, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, India, China, and other Southeast Asian regions, along with a good understanding of the European recruitment market.
This role is best suited for someone who is an out-of-the-box talent sourcer, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment, and capable of identifying and engaging hard-to-find technical talent through multiple sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end technical recruitment and talent sourcing activities across APAC and Europe.
Source qualified candidates across Singapore, Malaysia, India, China, Southeast Asia, and European markets.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-find technical profiles.
Leverage LinkedIn, X-Ray/Boolean search, social media platforms, professional communities, job boards, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.




Demonstrate strong out-of-the-box sourcing capabilities and continuously identify new channels and techniques to reach passive candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates across multiple geographies.
Understand regional talent markets, compensation trends, candidate availability, and recruitment practices.
Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates against technical, functional, geographical, and cultural requirements.
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates within agreed timelines.
Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, and offer-stage engagement.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
Work on multiple requirements simultaneously while maintaining strong turnaround times and quality of
