Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in daily operations and projects in a intern, remote role.



Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. The intern will help maintain employee records, support onboarding and orientation processes, and assist in communicating HR policies and procedures. Additional tasks may involve helping with employee engagement initiatives, compiling HR reports and metrics, and supporting perks-related queries under guidance from senior HR staff. The role offers exposure to end-to-end HR functions and the opportunity to learn HR practices within a fast-growing AI-focused organization.
