Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from intake, review and approvals to execution, repository management and renewals.
Manage day-to-day operations on the CLM platform, including workflows, metadata, repository, reporting and data quality.
Own and streamline contract execution processes, including e-signature, stamping and execution tracking.
Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Risk, InfoSec and other business stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to SLA/TAT, approval matrices, governance and regulatory requirements.
Perform/oversee contract abstraction, metadata validation and quality checks, including AI-extracted contra
