About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Dialer & CRM professional who can manage and optimize our Ozentel Dialer and LeadSquared CRM systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth calling operations, lead allocation, campaign management, reporting, and coordination with the Sales/Telecalling team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor Ozentel/cloud telephony dialer operations.
Handle LeadSquared CRM and ensure proper lead management.
Configure and manage calling campaigns, call routing, and lead distribution.
Monitor agent login/logout, call activity, connect rate, and productivity.
Manage lead allocation and ensure leads are assigned to the appropriate sales executives.
Monitor call recordings, missed calls, unanswered calls, and follow-ups.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dialer and CRM reports.




Track calling performance and identify gaps in team productivity.
Coordinate with the Sales and Telecalling teams for smooth operations.
Troubleshoot basic dialer/CRM issues and coordinate with technical support when required.
Ensure accurate data entry and proper CRM usage by the team.
Maintain call and lead-related MIS reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Monitor integration between dialer and CRM and ensure data synchronization.
Support management with performance reports and operational insights.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Ozentel Dialer.
Good working knowledge of LeadSquared CRM.
Experience in cloud telephony/dialer management.
Good understanding of call-center/telecalling operations.
Robust knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to monitor and analyze calling data.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
