Job Purpose
Responsible for the operation of the assigned cluster w.r.t production, quality, safety, cost, delivery etc. Manage all aspects of work with collaborating with the shift engineer for delivery and exceeding the KPI indicators within operation. Strive to continuously improve using Lean tools to reduce cost, improve production & quality. Decision & results have an impact on its function & its result.
Roles And Responsibilities
Monitor its cluster daily/monthly production targets & projects.
Maintaining the discipline and order on the line and providing feedback to Shift Manager/production HOD on any violation of regulations
Communicate with your team members; delivering shift briefs with focus on quality, cost and delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement.
Close all actions if any issues related to safety, Product loss is noted.
Ensure all external and internal auditory standards as per company requirements.
Monitoring, controlling & recognizing the performance of own cluster operators & Shift engineer.
Leading the daily shift activity,
it’s briefing to the seniors & carry out the communication with operators as required
Manage the implementation of engineering changes, production trials, model change
Taking immediate actions during shift to close off any issues related to safety.
Training & Developing of team members/Operators.
Lead focus on customer concerns. Identify and eliminate with its root cause .
Analyze own cluster MIS report and discuss reports with your team-members with improvements.
Daily meeting with your cluster team members.
Continuous Improvement in yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects
Response & Ensuring actions against Customer Complaints
Keep up-to-date on recent external developments on solar cell processes
Required Skills
Wet Chemistry
Knowledge and hands-on experience of Wet Chemistry production & equipments from supplier like SC China, RENA, Schmid & Kingenious for Texturing, Polis
