SolvitX is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Specialist & Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with cold calling, and passionate about generating new business opportunities.

? Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads.
Identify and connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and introduce relevant Digital Marketing, Website Development, Ecommerce, Software & IT solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with potential clients.
Maintain lead information, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM/Google Sheets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.




Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

? Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional while speaking with clients.
Valuable understanding of sales and lead-generation processes.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Website Development, or IT services will be an advantage.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and good at negotiation.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
