Role Description The Interior Design Lead at NoBroker.com will oversee end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development and space planning to final execution and handover. This full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru South involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, creating design proposals and mood boards, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. The Interior Design Lead will be responsible for selecting furniture, finishes, and FF&E;, aligning designs with budget and timelines, and maintaining design standards that reflect NoBroker.com’s brand and customer expectations. The role also includes supervising junior designers, conducting site visits, resolving design and execution issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a focus on residential and contemporary urban spaces.
Proficiency in Furniture selection and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) coordination for functional and aesthetic outcomes.
