? Locations: Industrial Area of Kutch & Gorakhpur
? Experience: 3–5 Years
? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

CA Semi-Qualified
CMA Semi-Qualified
Finance Graduate

? Key Responsibilities
Conduct audit of invoices and supporting documents before payment processing.
Verify PO, GRN, Invoice, and approval documentation.
Perform three-way matching and identify discrepancies.
Verify GST, TDS, E-way Bill and GSTR-2B compliance.
Check vendor details, rates, quantities and supporting documents.
Identify exceptions, ensure timely resolution and clear/escalate invoices within 24 hours.
Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Quality and Accounts for resolution of observations.

? Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, Transaction Audit or P2P,



preferably in manufacturing.
Good knowledge of invoice verification, P2P processes, GST and TDS.
Good proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a time-bound, control-oriented workplace.
