Role Description

We are looking for a proactive Site Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in executing Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. You will manage daily site operations, ensure technical accuracy, enforce strict safety and quality standards,



and coordinate seamlessly between contractors, consultants, and management.

Key Responsibilities

* Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day execution of RCC works (foundations, columns, slabs, shuttering, rebar layout) and PEB structures (anchor bolt alignment, erection of primary/secondary frames, sheeting, and insulation).
* Quality Assurance & Control: Ensure concrete pour quality, slum testing, cube sampling, rebar spacing, and structural alignment match approved IFC drawings and project standards.
* Coordination & Alignment: Work closely with project architects, structural consultants, vendors, and MEP teams to resolve site discrepancies promptly.
* Progress Tracking & Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), maintain material reconciliation logs, and monitor site progress against project schedules.
