Experience

3-6 years
Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions
At least 3 years of recent, hands-on experience in NLP and generative AI projects
Proven track record in regulated industries, preferably financial services or healthcare

Qualification

Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy LLM pipelines




Incorporate foundational models, RAG, memory, caching, and external API integrations
Implement generative AI solutions for regulated industries such as financial services and healthcare
Apply advanced NLP techniques to complex language understanding and generation challenges
Deploy, manage, and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms
Collaborate with product, compliance, engineering, and data science teams
Deliver business-ready AI solutions

Additional Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments for GenAI pipelines
Address data privacy and security concerns
Address bias and fairness in model outputs
Address hallucination and factual accuracy issues
Address prompt injection vulnerabilities and toxicity
Address model drift and long-term performance degradation
Develop safeguards, monitoring systems, and compliance frameworks
Ensure responsible and regulatory-aligned AI deployment
