About the Role
Ajmal Perfumes is looking for a creative, strategic, and business-oriented Creative Lead to manage and lead the brand’s content and communication across digital, social media, e-commerce, retail, and other customer touchpoints.
The role will own content strategy, storytelling, creative direction, campaigns, and content-led growth, while working closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, Design, E-commerce, CRM, Product, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Brand Communication
Develop and own the end-to-end content strategy.
Build content frameworks aligned with brand and business objectives.
Ensure consistency in brand language, messaging, storytelling, and positioning.
Develop compelling content around Ajmal's products, fragrance expertise, heritage, and lifestyle.
2. Copywriting & Content
Own copywriting across website, e-commerce, social media, campaigns, ads, CRM, packaging, retail, and other brand assets.
Develop engaging product, campaign, and brand communication.




3. Social Media & Content Planning
Create monthly and quarterly content calendars.
Develop platform-specific content strategies and content pillars.
Ideate Reels, short-form videos, influencer/UGC content, and campaign concepts.
Track content performance and optimize strategies.
4. Campaigns & Creative Direction
Conceptualize and execute high-impact brand and product campaigns.
Develop campaign messaging, creative briefs, storytelling, and product positioning.
Provide creative direction to designers, video editors, content creators, influencers, and agencies.
5. Performance Content
Work with the Performance Marketing team to develop high-converting content.
Analyze winning creatives and messaging.
Develop recent concepts and ad copy based on performance insights.
6. Brand Voice & Communication
Own Ajmal's brand voice, tone, messaging hierarchy, and communication guidelines.
