About Our Client:

What you'll do:
Convert demand into a practical production plan
Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging materials
Coordinate production planning with Production and Sales
Manage raw-material, packaging and finished-goods inventory
Maintain cold-store discipline and temperature controls




Ensure FIFO/FEFO, traceability and inventory accuracy
Manage dispatch planning, loading and documentation
Control ageing, damage, expiry and stock losses
Conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliation
Coordinate logistics and customer-order priorities

We're looking for someone who:
Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or MBA qualification
Approximately 10–15 years in plant supply chain
Experience in production planning, warehouse and dispatch
Cold-chain or frozen-food experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of ERP, inventory controls and S&OP;
Robust coordination and analytical skills
