Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager – Information Technology to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, end-user support, cybersecurity, network operations, and technology assets across multiple locations. The role requires a hands-on professional with solid technical expertise, operational discipline,



and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of the IT environment while supporting the organization's growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Network Management
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, internet connectivity, wireless networks, and end-user computing systems.
Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all IT systems across corporate and community locations.
Monitor infrastructure health and proactively address performance or security concerns.
Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Platforms
Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user access management.
Manage licensing, user provisioning, permiss
