As a Senior Application Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability and smooth operation of key applications that support business functions. You will be instrumental in managing incident resolution, performing root cause analysis,



and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a hybrid work model with rotational shift support, enabling flexibility while ensuring 24/7 application availability. Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 application support and manage production incidents within SLAs.
Handle Incident, Problem, and Major Incident Management activities.
Perform proactive monitoring and participate in on-call support and incident escalation.
Follow ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Conduct impact analysis and implement standard changes in production.
Coordinate communication during major incidents and maintain operational documentation.
