We are looking for an Implementation Lead who combines deep clinical trial operations experience with a robust technology and product mindset to help customers successfully implement and adopt Tilda.

Role Overview

The Implementation Lead sits at the intersection of Clinical Operations, Clinical Project Management, Product, and Customer Implementation.

This is not a traditional software engineering or infrastructure deployment role.

We're looking for someone who understands how clinical trials actually operate and can translate customer processes and requirements into effective workflows within the Tilda platform.

You will work directly with clinical research customers to understand their study operations, identify workflow and process requirements, configure the Tilda platform, coordinate implementation activities, support testing and validation, and guide customers through successful go-live
