HR Generalist (Talent Acquisition + HR Ops)
Location: Oshiwara West, Mumbai
CTC: 4.2 LPA – 4.8 LPA (To ensure alignment, we request that candidates whose CTC expectations fall within this range apply for this role.)

About the role:
We’re looking for a motivated HR professional to join our team with a major focus on Talent Acquisition (70%) and HR Operations (30%). If you enjoy hiring, working in fast-paced environments, and building strong teams, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and build sourcing strategies




Handle candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
Assist with HR operations, employee records, HRMS updates, and documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities
Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and recruitment data

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with LinkedIn, hiring platforms, and HRMS tools
Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
