Qualification: Qualified CA (mandatory) · CA + CS is an added advantage
Experience: Minimum 3 years managing end-to-end accounts & compliance of a company in India Compensation: Up to ₹18 LPA fixed CTC, basis qualifications, experience and current CTC

About the role
As we scale, the finance function has to scale ahead of the business — clean books, on-time filings, airtight compliance, and numbers the Founder can act on without double-checking. That is this role: full ownership of accounts and compliance, end to end, as the senior-most finance leader in the company.

What you'll own1. Accounting — end to end
Complete ownership of books of accounts: monthly closing, reconciliations, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory accounting.
Accurate, on-time MIS to the Founder — monthly P&L;, cash flow, and the numbers that drive decisions.
2. Compliance — the full calendar
All statutory compliance for an Indian company: GST, TDS, income tax, PF/ESI, professional tax, ROC/MCA filings.
