Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and core HR operations. In this role, you will support the HR team across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations, while learning best practices in talent acquisition, candidate experience, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen applications and build a pipeline of potential talent to meet ongoing hiring requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Assist in sharing offer letters and support basic negotiation discussions where applicable.
Help with pre-employment documentation and conduct reference checks.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for current employees.
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and compliance requirements.




Facilitate timely introductions of new hires to their respective teams.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding journey.
Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and employee engagement initiatives as required.

Preferred Skills:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
