LOCATION: Corporate Office, Mumbai.

JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the role is to assist in ensuring incorporation of risk mitigation clauses in all the commercial contracts / agreements entered by BEL with third parties. To assist in providing advisory and contract / agreement drafting services to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, mitigating reputational risk, and reducing exposure to legal liability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in developing standard templates for commercial contracts/ agreements that can be conveniently used by different stakeholders.
Assist in preparing customized contracts /agreements for business and ensuring compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations.
Assist in providing proactive and cutting-edge legal advice on complex,



and in some cases sensitive, contract issues to mitigate potential legal risks to the business.
Assist in reviewing drafts and negotiating major account agreements, consulting agreements, special licensing, non-disclosure agreements, terms and amendments for stakeholders across India.
Providing advisory services in reviewing policies, and other mandates, to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, mitigating reputational risk, and reducing exposure to legal liability.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: LLB

WORK EXPERIENCE
6-9 years of experience
Should have experience in drafting of Legal contracts/ Agreements
