About The Role

Caldic India is seeking a high-impact Business Development Sales qualified to drive growth of Personal & Beauty Care division. This is an individual contributor role requiring a strong hunting mindset, technical understanding of PHC ingredients, and the ability to translate customer needs into differentiated solutions.

The role will focus on majorly Skin & Hair…… segments, working closely with customers, application teams, and principals to create value-driven, customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Drive Regional Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with Beauty & Personal Care manufacturers across West India.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage an active sales pipeline from lead generation through commercialization.
Concept Execution: Drive value-added concepts, bridging customer requirements directly with internal R&D; and application labs.
Account Ownership:



Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, technical pitching, pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.

Technical & Solution Selling

Formulation Problem-Solving: Assess customer formulation challenges and processing needs to recommend tailored ingredient solutions.
Prototype Commercialization: Collaborate with customer formulators and Caldic technical teams to co-develop, test, and scale prototypes.
Technical Engagement: Conduct high-impact technical presentations, coordinate bench trials, and lead customer visits to demonstrate product efficacy.
Technical Bridge: Act as the primary technical interface between customer R&D; teams and internal laboratory specialists.

Market & Customer Insights

Category Intelligence: Monitor consumer trends, regulatory shifts, and innovation needs across Hair Care, Skin Care, and Color Cosmetics.
