Influencer & UGC Marketing Intern
We are looking for someone who spends enough time on Instagram to know what feels natural, what feels like an ad, and what people will actually watch.
You will work closely with our existing influencer marketing team to find creators, build UGC content, manage collaborations, and help us experiment with new Instagram pages and content properties.
This is not just about sending DMs to influencers.
We want someone curious about creators, content, communities, and how you can build distribution from scratch.
What you will work on
Finding new creators and potential influencers
Reaching out to creators and managing conversations
Helping brief creators for UGC and Reels
Coordinating content from idea → creator → delivery → publishing
Keeping creator communication organised and centralised
Finding people who may not be influencers today, but have the potential to become one
Working with creators to improve their content over time
Helping us test different creator formats and content ideas




Tracking what is working and using those learnings for the next set of content
Helping create and manage multiple Instagram pages
Building recent content properties and communities from scratch
You will also help us build, not just collaborate
We want to experiment with more Instagram pages, creator formats, communities, and content properties.
Some will work. Some will not.
Your job will be to help us try things quickly, learn from them, and double down on what works.
Over time, you could end up owning some of these properties yourself.
Communication matters
As the number of creators and content pieces increases, things can get messy very quickly.
Who was briefed?
What did they agree to?
When is the content coming?
Has feedback been shared?
What is going live?
We want communication to stay centralised and organised so that nothing falls through the cracks.
You will help the team make that happen.
