1. Monitor online platforms, including social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.), review websites, forums, etc., to identify mentions of the brand.
2. Regularly assess the sentiment and tone of online conversations related to the brand.
3. Respond to online reviews and comments in a timely and qualified manner, addressing both positive and negative feedback.
4. Escalate and coordinate responses for complex or sensitive issues to appropriate teams.
5. Analyze online content trends and patterns to identify potential reputation threats or opportunities.

Develop and execute ORM strategies to enhance the brand’s online reputation.
