This is more than a recruitment role. The people you identify and bring into cKinetics will contribute to work across sustainability, climate strategy, carbon markets, clean energy and climate finance. You will play an key role in helping us build the talent needed to create meaningful impact in the climate economy.

The Role
You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify, attract and hire exceptional talent across cKinetics' consulting, research and business teams.




From building talent pipelines and identifying high-potential candidates to managing the recruitment process and creating an excellent candidate experience, you will help ensure that cKinetics continues to attract people who are capable of solving some of the most important challenges in sustainability and climate.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing through screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through professional networks, referrals, job platforms, social media and direct outreach.
Conduct talent mapping and targeted headhunting for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
