Applicant should be Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, with min 10 years'
experience in Quality Control and inspection of Castings, Forgings, Fabrication and machining components.
- Should have process knowledge of Casting, Forging, and Fabrication.
- Should be Qualified ASNT level II certification in NDT techniques - VT , UT , MT, RT and PT .
- Should have experience in Preparation of QAP, Inspection checklist and Manufacturing Process Plan .
- Should have experience liaising with customer and TPI inspection agency for inspection and clearance .
- Should have knowledge of ASME , ASTM and EN standards.
- Should be an internal auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and ISO 45000 . Preferably at least one.
- Should have Valuable Communication skills and comfortable to work in team.
