Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and control all channels of business to achieve targets.
- Recruit, retain, manage, and build a productive team of Off Roll employees.
- Maintain delinquency on the portfolio in line with the Product Segment.
- Handle customer escalations and complaints professionally.
- Monitor and measure key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.
- Engage effectively with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Lead fulfillment, Field Activity, and existing Database management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals.
