Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end insurance placement and renewal for corporate/commercial clients.
- Assess client risks and recommend appropriate insurance coverage and solutions.
- Lead negotiations with insurers on premiums, terms, conditions, deductibles and coverage.
- Manage relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Review quotations, policy documentation, renewals and endorsements for accuracy and timely closure.
- Identify coverage gaps and support clients with risk and insurance advisory.
- Lead and mentor the placement/underwriting team and monitor service delivery and TAT.
- Drive business retention, cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and overall client experience.
- Ensure compliance, accurate MIS, documentation and adherence to internal SOPs.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM or insurance qualification preferred.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in General Insurance/Insurance Broking, preferably in corporate/commercial insurance.
- Robust knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, placement and insurer negotiations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
