? WE’RE HIRING MANAGER – OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR

Ajwani Group is looking for a high-calibre professional to join the Office of the Director in Chembur, Mumbai.

This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who can think strategically, take ownership, work independently and drive initiatives from idea to execution.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Work closely with the Director on strategic priorities and growth initiatives
- Drive high-impact cross-functional projects
- Support new business evaluations, JVs, M&A; and project feasibility analysis
- Track business KPIs and operational performance
- Support financial planning, budgets, cash flows and commercial initiatives
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders and department heads
- Drive governance, compliance and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure execution and follow-through of the Director’s priorities

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Founder’s Office, CEO’s Office, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations or Leadership Support
- ME / MTech in Civil Engineering
- MBA / PGDM in Strategy, Finance or Operations preferred
- Engineering + MBA / LLB / LLM preferred




- Strong strategic thinking, financial literacy and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Strong ownership, integrity and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi
