Skill:

CA with experience into Controllership and month end closing

· As a Manager in our Team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

· Perform Financial accounting, Month end closing, board reporting, financial statements, audits for entities in the UK & Ireland;

· Prepare P&L; analysis, asset reporting, explanation of monthly and quarterly variances;

· Prepare monthly/ yearly financial results for legal entities;

· Prepare Balance sheet account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts;

· Preparation & review of regulatory returns submitted to UK & Ireland Regulators;

· Stakeholder communication for performing analytical reviews;

· Liasoning with the Company's auditors submitting data requests, resolving queries and to drive improvements in the audit process;

· Review transfer pricing agreements with other group companies;

· Understanding of performing & reviewing internal controls including risk

· Oracle & Smartview experience is desirable.

Experience Range: 5 years to 8 years
