Role Description The Manager Business Advisory Services is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This role is responsible for leading and delivering business advisory engagements, including financial analysis, business planning, risk assessment, and performance improvement initiatives for clients. The manager will oversee project execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic insights to support client decision-making.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial and accounting data, preparing advisory reports and presentations, guiding tax and compliance-related advisory, and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables. The role also involves mentoring junior team members,



maintaining robust client relationships, and contributing to business development activities such as proposals and client meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Business Advisory Services, including business planning, performance improvement, and strategic consulting.
- Solid grounding in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to interpret financial statements and conduct detailed financial analysis.
- Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accounting (CPA), or equivalent recognized certification.
- Experience in Tax Advisory, including understanding of direct and indirect tax implications for businesses.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements, lead teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-specialist stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and commonly used accounting or ERP software; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment is preferred.
