Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee role based in Chandigarh, Bangalore, Delhi, kolkata, Hyderabad India.

The Management

Trainee will support daily operations across departments, assist in implementing business strategies, and contribute to process improvements related to aesthetic technology and customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports and presentations for management, and supporting product and service quality initiatives.



The role involves learning and applying company policies and procedures, participating in training programs, and assisting in customer interactions to better understand market needs. The trainee will work closely with senior team members to gain exposure to business planning, performance monitoring, and operational decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interact with customers professionally.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support daily operational activities.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to acquiring knowledge about aesthetic technology, skin health products, and market trends.
- Basic understanding of business operations, quality standards, or healthcare/aesthetic industry practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documentation software) and learning new company systems.
