We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to serve as the Manager-Accounts within the Financial Services sector. Responsibilities

- Direct and supervise all daily accounting functions, including general ledger management, reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.

- Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

- Oversee the audit process, acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors and ensuring timely resolution of findings.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, specifically within the Financial Services industry.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale financial operations and leading high-performing teams.

- Deep understanding of financial regulations, GAAP standards, and compliance requirements relevant to the banking and financial sectors.

- Advanced proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools.
