Role Description The Management Intern will support day-to-day operations across multiple business functions, including artist onboarding, gig coordination, and academy program support.

Responsibilities include assisting with data collection and analysis, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings, and maintaining documentation for ongoing projects. The intern will help streamline workflows, track performance metrics,



and contribute to process improvements that enhance the artist and client experience. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in office activities and occasional event support.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze data, and present insights clearly to support management decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, schedules, and project deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and professional interaction with artists and partners.
- Comfort with basic business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Interest in the gig economy, creative industries, or talent management, with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business, Arts Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate in a diverse, fast-paced team environment.
