Role Description The Management Intern role at Anaghaya Global Wellness is a full-time hybrid position based in Gurugram, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. The intern will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, assisting in project planning, and tracking key deliverables.

Responsibilities may include preparing reports and presentations, conducting market and competitor research, and helping streamline internal processes. The intern will also assist with documentation, data management, and basic analysis to support decision-making.



This role offers exposure to wellness industry practices and the prospect to contribute to brand growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with spreadsheets and presentations.
- Analytical and research abilities, including gathering data, interpreting insights, and presenting findings clearly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and preparation of professional documents.
- Interest in wellness, Ayurveda, or consumer products, and willingness to learn about holistic health concepts.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams while also working independently and responsibly in a hybrid work setting.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s program in business, management, commerce, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in operations, marketing, or administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
