Role Description The Maintenance Manager for the injection molding industry will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of equipment and utilities in a high-volume plastics manufacturing environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves planning and executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and coordinating maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.

The Maintenance

Manager will supervise maintenance technicians, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The role includes maintaining maintenance records, collaborating with production and quality teams,



managing spare parts inventory, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and efficiency. The individual will also participate in capital equipment projects, vendor coordination, and implementation of best practices in maintenance management.

Qualifications

- Solid maintenance leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing or injection molding environment.
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance and repair, including plastics processing and injection molding machinery.
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
- Demonstrated capability in maintenance management, including use of maintenance systems or CMMS and documentation of maintenance activities.
- Solid understanding of industrial safety standards, ISO 9001:2015 requirements, and compliance with plant procedures.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field), with relevant experience in plastics or injection molding preferred.
- Ability to analyze technical issues, interpret equipment manuals and drawings, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
